Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Rice Half (1/2) KG
  • Mushrooms Half (1/2) KG
  • 4 Green onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Soysauce
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic ginger paste
  • White pepper powder (Optional)
  • Salt (Optional)
  • Half Cup Oil

Cooking Direction (Method)

Mix eggs, soy sauce, white pepper, and salt in the bowl and mix well.

Heat a Pan.

Add oil and garlic ginger paste and brown it.

After this Now add mushrooms and green onions and fry.

Add some late rice and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and then add egg mixture and cook on high flame.

 Stir spoon for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.

And Here Finally, Your Chinese Fried Rice is ready.

South Indian Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

 Chicken Half (1/2) KG

Lemon juice 1/4 cup

Red Chili (Chopped) 1 teaspoon

2 Onions (make the paste)

1/2 cup of Yogurt

1 Tomato (chopped)

1 teaspoon of cumin powder

2 tablespoons of Cashew Paste

Ginger garlic (sliced) 2 tbsp

Green peppers 5-6 (thick Chop)

Salt (Optional)

Oil (as Needed)

Cooking Direction (Method)

Put the chicken ‘lemon juice’ and Cashew Paste in the cup and add the chopped red chilies, Cumin powder, and salt, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the ginger garlic.

When the aroma starts to come, add the tomatoes and yogurt mix for 5 minutes and cook on medium flame.

Once the tomatoes are gone, add the marinated chicken and cook.

If the water starts to dry, fry well.

Add green chilies and cook for 10 minutes more on a slow flame.

And the Delicious South Indian chicken is ready to serve

Fried Fish American Style

Ingredients:

Slice four pieces of fish meat (Without Bone)

Salt (Optional) For a taste

1 tablespoon Chopped (Slipped) Rye

Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

1 tablespoon Maize

2 Onions medium spoon

Garlic five-digit pots

Celery leaves (fresh) few digits

Oil tablespoon

1 tablespoon of Mix sauce 

1 cup of cold fish spawn

A Cup of White vinegar

8-10 Black Pepper (Proven)

After thoroughly washing the meat of the fish crackers, dry them well, sprinkle salt, powdered rye, and lemon juice on top after drying. Then, after soaking the corn grains in half the water, put them aside.

Peel the onions well. Wash thoroughly after peeling, make slices after washing. Peel the garlic well. After peeling, finely chop.

Clean the celery leaves thoroughly. After washing, make small slices(Chopped). After slicing, set aside.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. When the oil is heated, put slices of onion in it. Fry them well after adding the slices.

When the onion is fry, mix the fried brown onion with the sauce. After mixing, cook on medium flame.

Let it stay at medium flame for a while now.

Then heat the onion sauce on a plate before serving it to the dish.

Then take a less deep saucepan and fry the fish in it. Boil the yolks well after pouring. Then add them with a leaf, white vinegar, sliced garlic, black pepper powdered, and salt.

Then put the slices of fish in it. Reduce the flame after putting the slices, cook well for 3-4 minutes.

After cooking, add the sauce onion. After the onion sauce is well mixed, allow the dish to stay warm.

After that, reduce the flame and add the corn seeds (soaked) to the heat. Stir well after sowing and then mix well.

Then sprinkle a sharpie on top of the dish. Then cover the fish slices completely by leaves. Close after covering.

Then sprinkle celery leaves for her beauty. After spraying, Your dish is now ready to serve.
