Take a Deeper Look

 A lot of times people hide away bad experiences in their life.

 They keep those in the back of their memory vault and every time they look at them they stir up crazy emotions that really can’t control and truth is, you can’t control them because you allow yourself to stir in them without looking for a solution. 

It’s comforting to think that if you ignore the emotions attached to these experiences they’ll go away but the truth is, to forget the past you have to remember it. 

Accept that you can’t change what happened.

What’s done is done, it’s tough to say that but it’s true. 

Anything that’s happened previous to this point right now is in the history books. 

You can’t go back and rewrite it.

 But what you can rewrite is how you choose to perceive these events in your life going forward.

Let the past be a learning experience, one you can carry on to the next stages of your life. 

Life Is Not A Game

If you had a bad relationship, let that help set the standard for what you will and will not accept in the next one. 

If you’ve gone through a traumatic experience, I know It sucks But you have to learn to seek comfort in the fact that you’re alive and kicking at this very moment. 

The reality of it is that life doesn’t get easier. 

You’re gonna take on more responsibilities as you go on, you just need to be prepared for them.

 Learn to let go don’t let these feelings of the past consume your life, yes it’s gonna hurt from time to time but you need to learn to not let these emotions be the driver in your decision making. 

Instead of looking back and seeing only negative experiences just look at how far you’ve come to conquer them. 

It’s not easy, I know you just need to understand that all of this is gonna take time. 

One simple process to help with this experience is to keep a journal. 

Write out every thought feeling and experience that you need to studies show that when people communicate their problems it makes it a whole lot easier for them to open up to change. 

All in all, there’s something positive to gain from every experience you just gotta look for it.
